Hey! My name is Thelma and I would like to start by saying that I absolutely love, LOVE , love what i do!

 

I became fascinated with hair at a very young age. I remember cutting the hair of anybody who dared to come near me! I definitely had a natural flair and slowly it became a real skill. 

I have 9 Years salon experience, starting right from the bottom, making my way up to where I am today.

 

Being able to make people feel fabulous is probably the greatest feeling in the world! All ladies, gents, teenagers & children are welcome. All lines of work from styling, braiding, cutting, Brazilian blow outs & all chemical services. Im situated in Bedfordview, at a beauty salon called; The Muse. I enjoy traveling out for weddings/special functions too. To see the smile on my clients' faces as they leave the salon gives me total satisfaction! My work is always aimed at being exactly what my clients have in mind. I specialize in the latest colour techniques; Balayage, Babylights, Hair Painting, Ombré, Foilayage. It's super trendy, low maintenance & works on both brunette & blonde hair. Bridal work is one of my favourites, to make any bride feel & look like they've always dreamed of their entire life is so rewarding. We all dream of this day as a little girl, although I'm not married, I truly believe in the importance of this big day. I enjoy traveling out to wedding venues, it's something different in my usual day at the salon, being in the environment with the bridal party makes it really exciting!! I also find it to be a stress-free visit as there is no worry about leaving the salon at a certain time to get where you need to. 

 

Matric Dance season is another favourite of mine, total makeover with hair and make up is loads of fun! I am always amazed at the end result... it's fun taking before & after pictures, seeing the transformation is truly amazing! I aim at enhancing beautiful features & making girls look their best for their Matric Dance :)

 

When it comes to men's hair, it's really easy to do a quick cut, but I prefer taking that extra bit of time to perfect it, I find the cut lasts longer & looks professional.
